Soaring Over Jurupa Open Invitational Tournament Forms
Hello Everyone. Check-In Update
Each team must check in a 1-1.5 hour before your first game Saturday morning. For those playing Friday, check in process will be the same that day. Please bring 6 completed game cards. Can be any game card you have. We will have blanks just in case. Bring medial forms, roster/id cards to verity players. One check-in for the weekend.
For regions that do not have player ID cards, I will also accept the sports affinity roster that has your player and coaches information, along with their photographs. Just need a way to verify they are the correct players.
